Before the call, I send you a short form. You tell me what you do now, how long you have been doing it, and what you are hoping to get into. Takes five minutes. I read everything before we speak — so we do not waste the first 20 minutes on introductions.

I give you my honest assessment: is your background relevant for offshore wind, and if so, in which part of the industry? I do not tell you what you want to hear. I tell you what I actually see — including if I think the timing is wrong or the profile does not fit right now.

Between sessions — I rewrite your CV for you

After the first session, I rewrite your CV. Not comments and suggestions — I actually rewrite it. I translate your experience into the language offshore wind companies use and recognise.

Session 2 — Rewritten CV review and your target company list

We review the rewritten CV line by line. Then I give you a list of 15 to 20 specific companies that are genuinely open to profiles like yours — with an explanation of why each one is on the list and who to approach.

Session 3 — Interview preparation for the questions that trip outsiders up

We work through the questions offshore wind companies ask when you are coming from outside: "Why do you want to leave your current field?", "What do you know about how offshore wind projects work?" I coach you on how to answer these well.
